I tried all the suggestions, but still IIGS is not working properly. I
powered up with bare minimum (motherboard+monitor), and the symptoms are
the same. And when I tried various keyboard combinations for self-test
and control panel, there is no change at all. I pulled out ROM and CPU
and reseated them, there is no change. I wonder if something serious is
wrong with this IIGS.
