That's very interesting stuff. Maybe it belongs in the FAQ.  I didn't know
about Nathan blocking access to the FAQ.  As it happens, I found his web
page and FAQ when I got my first Apple II, and went back a week or two later
for more answers and found he had destroyed the FAQ.   I thought that was
pretty strange, but figured he could destroy his own creation.  Blocking
access to it is another matter.  That's inconsistent with the role of FAQ
keeper.

I'm very grateful for your work on the FAQ, Rubywand. I use it all the time,
and refer others to it.  You're doing a Good Thing.
