I do not know of an on-line version of those two manuals. There is a
fairly good chance you will be able to get them from amazon.com. Even though
the books are out of print, Amazon will do a search though existing stocks and,
often, find the book you want. (That's how I got my copy of the //c Technical
Reference Manual.)
