ClarisWorks is one of the "combo-suites" that run on both Macs and
Windows. If you can't find one used, you may have to spring for the
PC version. (You will need a version no older than the version that
wrote the file.)
When you have it, you will be able to open ClarisWorks documents
on a PC with pretty good WYSIWYG fidelity.
If you have access to the Mac version, you don't care about retaining
the formatting, and just want to get the keystrokes, then save it to an
ASCII file on a PC-formatted diskette. Open it as a .txt file on the PC
side and cut and paste it to any word processor you like. (For databases,
exporting as a delimited field file will do the same trick).
