What type of software is the 'Pointless' package?

Is it possible to convert TrueType fonts for use with the IIGS. Would this

best regards

other TT fonts related to cyrillic (ie Bukinest and Constantin) for the Mac.
I'm sure there must be German as well. These were usuable with Pointless
under GSOS 6.0.1.
