You have two options:
 
1. truncate the AE2.dsk image to 140K -- and hope the truncated part
doesn't contain valid data.  After all it might be an (incomplete)
image of a 41-track or 42-track diskette...
 
2. Modify ADT (sources are available) such that it accepts disk images
somewhat larger then 140K.  The easiest is to modify ADT such that it
uses only the first 140K of the disk image.
