SVE Apple II software password?

I just came across a lot of SVE (Society for Visual Education) Apple II
software, circa 1983.  The programs that don't request a password look great,
but those that have record keeping are requiring either a first and last name,
or a class, section and password.  I've tried the usual passwords (Teacher,
Menu, Options, Records, ...) and I've used Copy II+ to look into the files in
search of what has already been set up, if anything.  NO LUCK thus far.
Suggestions or does anyone remember how to get into teacher options--I can find
them on the disk, but they won't run separately.  The disks are DOS3.3.
