The only thing you can do is try to prevent it before it happens. That
yellowing is caused by exposure to sunlight, and once it happens, there's no
way to reverse it. About the only thing you can do to improve the appearance
is to paint it to match the original color. Normally, you wouldn't want to
do this to old computers but considering how sun damaged the computer is, it
wouldn't offened purists to much if you repainted it.  Sometimes it's fun to
find a computer like this and repaint it some wild color. IIgs' are a dime a
dozen, so another option would be to find an unburned case and swap the
internal parts. That would be the easiest fix.
