AppleColor Composite Monitor and IIGS

Hi,

I have a AppleColor Composite Monitor hooked up to a IIGS (via the RCA style
cable obviously) but it does not want to display colour graphics. I have
played with all the external switches on the monitor, but have no idea why
it won't do it. Also, the screen seems to disappear below the bottom, like
the vertical position needs to be adjusted, is there a way to change this
(possible an internal vertical adjustment knob)?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
