Many thanks for putting this up.  This saves me going through piles of
floppies, each of which is marked "Backup". :-)

I'll put a copy up at http://web.mit.edu/retro-comp/www/apple2gs.html
and try and update it
when I have the time, although I am in the middle of my thesis.
