You can read that with a Mac, but it's an 800K disk, not a 400K. So you
couldn't read it with an original Mac or a 512K Mac, which only supported
400K drives. If you can find a Mac with System 7.5X, it should be able to
read it by just inserting it. If it has an earlier system, like 7.1 or 7.0,
it can be read with some effort, either by using a utility or by adding an
Apple II extension.  After a certain point, Macs stopped supporting 800K
disks, so a Mac that is too new won't work either.

What Mac models do you have access to, and what System are they running? To
answer that last question, click the Apple in the upper left corner of the
screen and select the first item, "About this Mac".  It will display a
screen with info including the System revision.
