Basically you can write assembler programs for it.  There was a
verson of the S-C Assembler which was a 68K cross assembler running
on the Apple II -- it's available for download at my web site at:

It worked with at least some 68K cards -- I don't know if yours is
one of those though.  The difference between different 68K cards
is how the Apple memory is mapped into the 68K address space, and
also how to switch between the 6502 and the 68K.

There is virtually no software for it -- perhaps some Applesoft
speed-up software but that's about it.  No OS (the 6809 Apple II card
at least had a version of OS-9).

It hardly even uses typical Apple II stuff....
 
It's useful for learning 68K assembly language programming, but
that's about it.
