Weird "name that game" request

If you're looking for a stumper - here it is.  This is all the information I
have.

This game was around in the mid-1980s.  I do not know any part of the title
or what gameplay was like.  All I know is that you're in some sort of test
tube, and you become evaporated, at which point you quote "I've never been
evaporated before" and float across the screen as little particles.

My girlfriend remembers it only in black-and-white (or would that be
black-and-green?  ;), but it was most likely available in color.  It would
definitely have been for the Apple II series.

I've been able to pretty much rule out Maniac Mansion, which was a good
guess on someone's part from another newsgroup.

I really wish I had more to go on, but this is all I have.  (This comes from
her memory, not mine.)  Does anyone have the foggiest guess?
