FishWings update

Hi all,

I have updated FishWings to allow viewing & printing of HiRes, Double HiRes
and two types of Super HiRes pictures.

Also, FishWings now supports .po disk images of any legal ProDOS size (
Thanks, Rubywand, for pointing out to me that they came in sizes other than
143kbytes ).
