I looked in Kaleidoscope's scheme archives and didn't find anything.
ResExcellence's search engine (and VersionTracker's too) don't seem to be
working right now.
I have D'Studio, but it can't do what I want (since it can't make K2
schemes). Scheme Factory PR1 involves a lot of application switching for me
(I'm running on a machine that has 24MB of RAM and high sensitivity to
crashing here), and PR2 doesn't even run. I'm still kind of scared at
ResEdit from the last time it crashed (more than a year ago? I don't
remember), Resurrection doesn't handle cicn's, and cinf's are confusing to
me. K2edit+G is useless as I don't know Japanese.
One time I started writing some sort of Resource Splicer/Fuser to split up
resources into individual files, but the cicn format is kind of complex, and
I never finished the Fuser part.
