It'd be good if you were a little more specific what you're looking for.
There are whole technical reference books, like 'Mapping the Atari',
available on the net. Don't know if could view it with DOS viewer.
I mean, you could maybe save it and unhtmlize it ( I have a program
to unhtmlize.) For a very brief intro to assembler, I have a could
text files on my site. One ATASCII and one ASCII I think.
There's also ATAS2ASC and ASC2ATAS for converting there.
It's in the assembler info area, about 1/2 way down the opening page.

You almost sound like you're using a non-browser type connection,
like lynx.
