See David Empson's reply plus there is the Lisa assembler that is now
freeware.  Also there is the NinjaForce assembler which is
downloadable from:

You need a clock card with a driver that ProDOS supports.  ProDOS
includes a clock driver for some clock types so not all will need a
separate clock driver.  The IIgs has a built in clock that is
supported by ProDOS.
