Tim,
I have a few Mac RGB monitors that work with the LCII. I can send you
one for $5.00 + shipping (they are somewhere around 25 lbs). The
$5.00 goes back to the school that the monitor came from. They aren't
cosmetically perfect (some yellowing, markings, stickers, etc.), but
they work just fine.
