Dark Heart of Uukrul

Greetings,

Specifically, does anybody remeber the Apple IIe game "Dark Heart of Uukrul"
or have a link to a disk image of it?  Assuming somebody does have the game
or an image of it, does anyone also have the codewheel?  That darn thing was
a nearly unreadable red and black, which couldn't be photocopied back in the
days before cheap color copies.  I kinda owe it to a friend of mine, having
lost his original disks (and codewheel) waaay back in 1990 or so.  I thought
it would be kinda cool to surprise him with it, since I'm sure he's
forgotten about it by now, but it is one of those nagging guilt things.  I
guess I'd be willing to pay for it... but I'd much rather get an image of it
for free, since it is technically (and legally, I suppose) replacing an
original, lost to the ether long ago.

Anyhow, the game was a semi-standard dungeon crawl, and it was the first
game of its kind with an automapping feature, as I recall.  The game also
had some interesting twists to it, such as the death of your character at a
certain point not being the end but actually furthering the storyline.
