I didn't have a negative experience with the woman at WDC who answered the phone. That was two years ago. Maybe Mench found out. The woman I dealt with was very nice and courteous. I was a little peeved at having to buy 5 chips and did try to talk her into selling only 3. I was happy to have to get one extra. The accountant must have been out that time too. I ordered by credit card and it took a year before WDC charged my account.
I wonder why they don't answer email.
