ROM 00 to ROM 01 upgrade?

I came across a Woz "limited edition" IIgs last weekend while browsing through a 
thrift store.  I purchased it, brought it home, and found it won't boot GS/OS, 
prompting me to see a dealer to upgrade the thing.  Otherwise, the system tests 
pass OK.

Well, hell, in all my years of Appling, I never saw a ROM 00 system.  Just my 
luck.  The FAQ points me to AllTech, who doesn't list the upgrade kit on their 
web site, but I dropped a note to them with an inquiry.  If they aren't able to 
help me, are there any other sources for the upgrade?

Is this even worth the hassle?  I have a ROM 03 and another Woz (ROM 01), so 
it's not like I need the system.  Would this thing even attract attention on 
Ebay, given that it can't run GS/OS?
