Are you sure it is for a IIe? Usually these cards were designed for the
IIc (the laptop). Apple IIe have slots, this is the easier way to access
the bus signals.

I have drawn a schematic diagram of the card revision with only one
cable. This cable picks up the 7M signal, it is fed into pin 5 of IC2b
(a 74LS02 - you cannot see this because these guys have removed the
printings from the ICs). 

Where is the second cable connected to? Or is it just a ground line for
improved EMC performance?
