Well, your question would be better answered in a Macintosh newsgroup. This
newsgroup is for Apple II computers, the forefather of the Mac.
Basically all you need to do is boot from the OS CD you got with the
machine, and get into the program Drive Setup, and reformat the HD that way.
For better security, go into initialization options and select Zero All Data to
totally wipe the HD clean. Beware, it can take a while with that option.
