The LC is a Mac, and you really should talk to one of the Mac newsgroups.
However, the LC had the Apple Desktop Bus, so it's mouse is an ADB mouse, not
a 128/512/Plus mouse.
It IS possible that your LC has a //e card in it which will allow you to run
Apple II software. Pry off the lid and see is you have the Apple II card in
your slot.
