Since this is related .....

I have downloaded the same System 6.01 disk images, but to a PC.  

I then used MacSee for Windows to copy them onto a Mac-formatted
1.44MB floppy.

I then copied them onto My Mac's hard drive.  I am running an LCII
With System 7.5.

At this point I am stuck.  I cannot read a ProDOS disk on my LCII, and
if I format the disk on the LCII as "Macintosh 800K", then obviously
thr IIgs can't read it.

Can an LCII format an 800K ProDOS disk?

Also, what is this "Disk Copy" mentioned in this thread?  Does this
come with System 7.5?  If not, where do I get it?
