You can run GSOS, the OS specifically for the IIgs, or the 8 bit Apple OS's.
You can download disk images from Apple's FTP site, but you need a Mac with
hardware and software that supports 800K disks to extract them. You can also
pay to have someone send you the disks. There is also a method to generate
a boot disk using your PC, software, and a cable. The details on all this
