The Mac Plus wasn't too upgradeable so the only thing it might have
inside that wasn't stock is the 4 meg upgrade and/or an accelerator
board which is not likely.  Why can't you use the Powermac 7500
to connect to your IIgs using Appletalk?  The Mac Plus wouldn't
make a good translator to the PC world since it only had 800k GCR
floppy drives and not the newer super drives found in the later Mac's.
I have a Mac Performa 575 which I am using for that purpose since
it can read Prodos and MS-DOS diskettes using its built in 1.44 meg
floppy drive. I also have it Appletalked to my IIgs.

That would be cool. I always thought back when I used to do more
Desktop Publishing task that it would be a neat thing to have. These
days I am more into web publishing so that is not so important anymore.
Especially with a 17" monitor.
