You may want to read the faq to get maximum enjoyment from your IIc:

You will find the details there on several methods.

Briefly, here are a couple of ways to get stuff from your Mac to the IIc:

1. Use a comm program on the Mac and IIc and transfer via a null-modem
cable.
2. If your Mac can write to 800K ProDos disks and you have a external 3.5"
Unidisk for the IIc, you can transfer via floppy.
3. Order some disks or get someone to make them for you.
4. If your Mac has an LC slot, you can install an Apple IIe board, connect a
5 1/4" floppy drive to it, partition your hard disk into Mac and ProDos
partions. Then you can copy stuff from the Mac partition to the A2 partion
(Ideally with Shrink II, so you don't fork the files) and transfer to
floppy.

You could also get a IIgs cheap, and use it as an intermediary. A more rare
IIc+ will also work, it has an internal 3.5" disk.

Hope that gives you some ideas.
