I wonder how G.W. is supposed to STOP China from building nukes? G.W. is
wise in not making a ruckus that will make us look stupid and impotent.
China is the 800-pound gorilla in the world today, as they are not
constrained by the rule of law.
I suspect that China knows that we have 1,000 times more nukes than they do.
And the neat thing about a missile is that it comes with a return address
attached.
As for G.W.'s intelligence, he got better grades in college than Gore did,
and he started out knowing a lot more about foreign policy than Clinton did
and has better advisors, but for some reason the liberals weren't so
concerned about Clinton's gaps in this area.
Sheesh.
