Actually, there are quite a few such images on asimov. Check my Sara
(Apple /// emulator) site for links, the url is
http://www.blackcatsystems.com/software/sara.html

I also have a freeware utility to send Apple /// (or ][ ) disks to a
Mac and make an image, the url is at the Sara page.
