Is the Services for Macintosh only available on NT Server? I have
Win 2K Professional and the only thing I can find is an Appletalk
protocol. I have the Mac set to 192.168.0.3 in MacTCP but
from Win2K, the Mac is not found when I ping that address. I
can't find a way on the Mac in System 7.5.5 to ping the PC.
I don't have a DNS server and the other option is a Gateway.
Would that be my proxy server on the Win2K machine?
