	Interesting, Bev.  I've never really used the Outliner.  I've rarely enjoyed
outlining my writings and TO.Outliner had some bad review (I forget what
exactly--crashes, bugs, lock ups,...).

	You posting also gave me the idea of setting up a WP file with an extra
half-inch in the left margin for the numbers and bar separaters.  Then I could
use the TO.BlockCopier/CopyBlock (I always get those two confused) to paste the
text next to the numbers.

	Let's see:  three digits, a bar, a space, and the the text.

001| The party of the first part will 
002| please stop teasing the party of 
003| the second part, or the party of 
004| the first part will not be invited
005| to the party of the second part.

It has been done with a macro, but I believe the easiest way to do it would be
to bring the text into the Outliner.  >>
