Welcome back. (Even if only briefly.)

Yes TCP/IP is up and going with Marinetti. There's several TCP/IP
applicatons available too, and others in development.

Systems like this are actually quite sought after these days

My GS system is sitting just to the right of my G4 Cube. I still enjoy
using and programming the GS.

Most of the action is at Syndicomm. (I'm live chatting with several
other Apple II users as I type this.) If you go to
http://www.syndicomm.com
and sign up with a credit card, you can come in and have a look around.
If after a month you decide you've looked enough, just advise and you
wont have to pay anything. I recommend it, even if you'd just like to
have a look around for old time's sake.
KFest has just been, with the highlights being a lot of software
returning to availability that's been hard or impossible to get. There
haven't been too many new software releases this year. (I've made two,
and Telnet NDA, and a Yahtzee NDA.) I'm at work on an ftp NDA and one of
the two web browsers available for the GS.
There's still some life left in the ][! :)
