There are a few EAMON's you can only get if you purchase the CD which is
very low cost if you live in the US (a few $ IIRC). Tom got special
permission to include some EAMON's only with his CD, not for Public Domain.
Also there are a couple of adult levels that for the sake of the kiddies
(aren't we all) probably are not on ground.
Another thing is you get a set of maps (scanned .jpg images) on the CD in
case you get stuck. Very nice too, I had to peek at a couple just to admire
of course. :)  Are these on ground ?
