Are we talking about Mac Apple monitors? If we are, you are posting
this to the wrong newsgroup. This is an Apple II newsgroup for computers
manufactured by Apple before the advent of the Macintosh.
However, the Apple monitors will work on PC's because they are
usually multisync monitors. The difference being that the monitors
needed a special monitor cable to go to a stock PC VGA connector.

There may have been drivers but you should be able to find that out
from the Control Panel under the System settings. Check for the
Monitor section in explorer and it will say what the monitor is set
at. Also check the adapter card settings.

Apple keyboards from prior to 1998 were not compatible with the PC
so I don't know how this was established without special hardware to
support ADB. If the keyboards were iMac keyboards, they are just
stock USB keyboards and mice and should work on any stock PC
regardless of which version of Windows you are running.

The drivers for Win 2000 are different than the ones required for
Windows 9x so yes you would need drivers if they were used on
the old machines. see above. They will use Windows NT drivers
though since Win 2000 is Windows NT 5.0. I hope we aren't
confusing Win 2000 with Windows ME because they aren't the
same thing.

The monitors should just be a cable however if they are ADB keyboard
and mice, I would suspect they would need special hardware. If they
are USB, then it should work.
