Netscape problems. Use Internet Explorer to download it since
it is much better at it than Netscape or you could hunt for a program
called "uncook" on Download.com or zdnet.com. I have this problem
a lot with Netscape.  It happens with files because netscape doesn't
understand the file format. It is not so frequent with file types it
recognizes because it will automatically give you the download
dialog box. If you have to manually tell it to download it, it is
probabally a "cooked" file.
