Schematics for both are in the appropriate hardware reference manuals.

The IIc+ is covered in the 2nd edition of the IIc Technical Reference
(still available from Byte Works in loose leaf form).

The original edition of the IIgs hardware reference covers the 256 KB
IIgs motherboard (ROM 00 or 01) while the second edition covers the 1 MB
motherboard (ROM 3) as well, with schematics for both. Neither of these
manuals are likely to be available new any more.

Apple never published any firmware listings for the IIc+ or the IIgs.
The last models to be listed were the IIc (UniDisk firmware - I'm not
sure if the memory expansion models were ever listed) and enhanced IIe.

(In all cases, Applesoft BASIC was never included in the firmware
listings.)

Only if someone has scanned them from the manuals.
