Apparently you can use Apple's DiskCopy (on a Mac) to create a .img file
from an Apple II disk. From there, some emulators are good to go. XGS, the
IIgs emulator, has a conversion utility to convert to 2MG. Took me forever
to find this out, but hopefully this will help someone else in the future.
