None of the Apple II's started up in Integer BASIC. With a revision 0
Apple ][, you had to press RESET to get into the system monitor, and then
press CTRL-B RETURN to get into Integer BASIC. In the revision 1 Apple ][,
RESET was made part of the power-up cycle, so the machine would start up
in the system monitor.
