That is the IIe emulation card for the LC family. Presumably the Color
Classic II has a compatible slot.

IIe software only. It is a IIe emulator, not a IIgs emulator.

The card only supports UniDisk-style 5.25" drives. You can't connect a
3.5" drive to it. You also cannot use an old Disk ][, as the card is
unable to supply one of the voltages which is required by the Disk ][.

There is no need to be able to connect a 3.5" drive to the card, since
you can use the Mac's internal 3.5" drive with the IIe card.

In theory, you should be able to transfer anything floppy-based onto a
ProDOS partition on the hard drive, as long as it is a ProDOS floppy,
can be converted to ProDOS, or will run as a disk image with DOS 3.3
Launcher. The same rules apply here as using a hard drive under ProDOS
on a real IIe (or other Apple II model).

Getting the files onto a CD in a useable form is likely to be a lot
harder. The first problem is burning it: the only way to do this is to
set up a hard drive containing the exact partitioning scheme and data
you want, with the correct drivers, and burn the entire hard drive using
a direct SCSI copy.

The second problem is that the IIe card software might not be able to
support the use of a ProDOS partition on a CD as if it was a hard drive
for the Apple II.

You should be able to use the 8-bit version of ORCA/M. The other ORCA
products are all IIgs native, so they won't work.
