Annoying isn't it? The flag appears whenever you have more than one keyboard
layout selected in the Keyboard control panel. The same thing happens when
you install Bernie, as it adds its own keyboard layout, and presumably Deja
II does as well. To get rid of the flag, open the Keyboard control panel and
deselect all but one keyboard layout.
