my REV # is etched or printed (?) near the wording "Little Blue <something>"
at the front of the board on the component side.

Yes, I think so, have to check my notes in the Apple jungle downstairs, and
if you find a source I wouldn't mind one myself. I think you need a
i8087-10. I have a 80287-10 but the pinout is not even close when I looked
into it a month ago.
Mitchell Spector has all the good info and a manual. There is a bios setup
which you can access with appropriate keypress (forgotten off hand, but
written down in my jungle) There is a web site with some handy info at:

The HS SCSI card is easier to test, all you need is an external SCSI drive,
pretty easy to come by, ex-Mac, and ADU (in System 6.0.1) or Apple HS SCSI
Utilities to format/partition it.
