First of all, why do you ask the same question over and over again and try
to confirm the answer to your question with same hearsay over and over
again....
Also, you seem confused as to the differences between trademarks and
copyrights....
To put your question to bed: Apple Computer, Inc. never "sold away" and
Apple II trademarks or copyrights.

No, the Laser 128 computers were made by V-Tech.
The Tiger Learning Computer was totally different. It was a cheap computer
sold sometime in the mid-1990's if memory serves me correctly and was
targeted at presumably small kids/preschoolers, as software came on some
type of cartridges I believe and it had no expansion to speak of (for disk
drives, etc.), even though at heart it was technically an Apple II running
a limited selection of Apple II software.
