Ok, here the scoop on everything from a voice telephone call I just completed
with the past President of the company - Earl Childers.

He simply related that it is indeed a dead duck.
All gone - no more!!!   

He told me that the rights to all Apple II titles
that they were selling had reverted back to the authors of each title.

He asked me not to post his telephone number
concerning all this.  He will be on vacation until
next Monday.  Should anybody care to pursue 
reclassification and/or distribution efforts
with any of the former titles they sold, they
should contact the authors of those titles on
such.

If anybody wants Earl Childers telephone number and/or his mailing address to
contact him for
varification of all this -- they can find that information in the same way I
found it by doing
a name search via www.whitepages.com for Earl Childers in the state of FL.  He
is the one that is listed on Oxford Rd in Tallahassee.

I'm sure Joe Kohn, Sheppy, Howard Katz and others can take it all from here
with any reclassification and/or distribution efforts.

This is a far as I plan on going with any of it.
