Unless it's out on loan, I have the Apple WorkBench for ProDOS, and that would
have a good memory map for you. I'll try to get a scan and email it to you.
DOS 3.3 is limited to 64K, depending on what you are doing, ProDOS, since it uses
the second bank of RAM might well offer you more memory to work with, even though
it takes up more RAM than DOS 3.3. It is also possible (thought I don't know how
to do it) to use even more RAM, as later versions of AppleWorks did. Think of
C-64 vs C-128. Perhaps that would help.

I might have what you need on the SSC. Please be aware however, the "metal" is
different on those two serial ports. My understanding is that if you follow
Apple's guidelines, you software would work on both, but I have heard that you
can get more speed if you do program the metal.
I don't have the Hardware Reference for the IIgs (I've been trying....) but I do
have the Firmware Reference, and I can get you whatever data you need from that.
