It's a Macintosh floppy drive. More specifically it attached to
either the Macintosh II or SE through a special interface card
(through the II's NuBus or SE's expansion slot). It was used to
access MS-DOS 5.25" (360K DS/DD) diskettes.
It will not work on an IBM PC compatible, PC-Transporter
or any Apple II machine. And before anyone asks, no, it will
not read Apple II formatted disks.
