I got the W65C816S8PL- 14  last year.  I didn't keep a record of the error messages.  Not sure it would help.
 
I bought the 32k cache daughter boards from Joaquim Lange.  The baord was not an upgraded 8k.   None of the chips had any id.  So can't say about the 45ns.  Ask Ed Eastman.  He's done an upgrade.
