At long last...Who knew it had to be a super clean boot for it to work...

I hope not...my impatience yesterday cost me $200...if I would have waited I
might have had something from eBay for a fraction of that.

Oh? How difficult is that?

I don't know the actual specs on it but it seems to run nicely. I am going
to try and shove some more RAM in it...supposed to be standard 72-pin
variety...It is a nice screen though - sony trinitron. I had them put an
ethernet card in it as well, so I might spend today getting it hooked up to
the wave. I made them swap out the originally installed 2X cdrom for a 4X
that I seen laying on there back room bench as well... :)
Our Apple rep said this particular "all in one" was only made available to
schools - thats probably why I had never seen one of them before (I would
have been out of school when it was made).
It was recommended that I run MacOS 7.6.2 on it - I was told it uses less
memory, runs quicker, etc than the 7.5.3 I have in there now. Not that I
have a source for that mind you - until such a time as Apple de-classifies
it. I will prob have 7.5.5 in it by days end if all goes well...
Later,
Mac.
