Why shouldn't Win95 be able to run on the 386SX?  It can run 32-bit
code just as well as the 386DX - the only difference is that the
speed of execution will be slower on the SX.
 
I wouldn't want to run Win95 on anything less than a 486 though .... it
would just be too slow on a 386 (DX as well as SX).
