I was able to install Windows 3.0 on it, but it could only run in real mode
and Windows looks horrible in CGA graphics.  I had no Windows programs that
could run in real mode other than the built-in apps that came with it and it
was so slow that it was essentially useless.  Nice to say you could do it,
but not very useful.

I think that 3.0 was the last version of Windows that supported the CGA
graphics mode but I vaguely recall somebody modifying their PC Transporter
and getting Windows 3.1 to run on it.  Again, without more than 640K there
isn't much you can do with it other than say you were able to run Windows on
your IIgs!
